"Review for Susan Zaleski - State Farm I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Susan Zaleski at State Farm. When I needed assistance with my claim, they were completely unresponsive—failing to return my calls and showing little to no concern for my situation. Instead of taking responsibility, they continuously passed my concerns off to other people, leaving me frustrated and without any real support. Not only did they fail to advocate for me, but they also provided no guidance or resources to help escalate my claim. As a policyholder, I expected professionalism and assistance, but instead, I was met with indifference and neglect. If you’re looking for an agent who truly cares about their clients and follows through on their responsibilities, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere."
